What makes me… me?
25 years old and in my final semester of Communication Design (Honours). It feels like it’s taken forever to get here… alas, i see the light!
I’ve been working in industry now for 3.5 years. First gaining great experience at Blenheim Design Partners during my IBL year, and then being offered an amazing junior designer position at Disegno Group. 2 years on I am still working for Disegno on a freelance basis while i complete my final semester of my studies.
Other than design…
I love being active. I’ll play any sport, football, soccer, basketball and tennis amongst my favourites.
I play Australian Rules Football for Melbourne in the VWFL. Music and culture are a big part of my life also, I enjoy picking up an instrument and playing / or learning to play – it’s my escape – my happy time.
What’s ahead?
I see myself working in Melbourne for a while and gaining further professional practice in the industry, hopefully having the opportunity to work on some great projects. I hope to travel overseas once again, live and work in Italy and South America for a while. Oooh, definitely going back to Japan also! I love that place. Hopefully i’ll have stopped renting by then and actually own a place instead… hopefully.
